Katie’s Pond is a 75 lot residential subdivision accessed off Happy Valley Road. On Point acted on behalf of the client in overall management and coordination of the project. A Project feasibility study was undertaken with assistance from On Point to assess the most profitable and appropriate use of the land; following this study, On Point set to execute the delivery of the development project. Key to the execution was constant communication and interaction between the engineering design consultant, home builder and developer’s sales and marketing team. An important aspect that On Point was required to manage was the environmental pond and channel works within the confines of the land. Favourable testimonials have been provided to both On Point and the civil contractor for the exemplary works in this area.
